Historie

1964

D.J. Blokland founds Blokland Apotheek Verpakking in Leersum, The Netherlands. Very innovative products such as: plastic packaging for pills, self-adhesive labels, sterile eye-drop bottles establish the name of this pioneering entrepreneur.

1972

The company moves to a larger location in Arkel. The company is renamed to Bloklandpack. In 1986 Brocacef decides to take-over the company.

1991

Brocacef purchases the company Rowa Techniek and merges Bloklandpack and Rowa Techniek. The two companies are moved to IJsselstein and are renamed to Blocklandpack/Rowa Techniek.

2000

All sole-representations in medical supplies are transfered to Blokland. The specialists in this field are also transferred to IJsselstein and a new companyname Blokland Medical Supplies is introduced. 

2005

Blokland Medical Supplies is merged with another Brocacef company: Brocamed. The new combination is renamed to Blockland BV.

2008

Blockland BV moves their offices and warehouse from IJsselstein to Maarssen.
